WHERE WORKDAY PEAKON IS STRONG

Workday Peakon Employee Voice is one of the strongest continuous listening platforms an enterprise can buy. Its always-on survey model and intelligent follow-up questions keep a live read on sentiment rather than an annual snapshot, Workday says its True Benchmark technology adjusts benchmarks for demographic variation, and its attrition prediction forecasts turnover risk by employee population. Workday's datasheet lists question sets for engagement, health and well-being, diversity and inclusion, and transformation and change, with feedback collected in over 60 languages and mobile and kiosk options for deskless staff. It runs standalone or natively inside Workday HCM, with documented integrations for bob, BambooHR and Personio. For a large organization that wants serious, research-backed employee listening for years, Peakon is a legitimate leader in its category.

If you run Workday HCM, have well over 600 employees and want enterprise-grade continuous listening with attrition prediction and deep benchmarks for years, Workday Peakon is the better pick.

WHERE ASSESSMENTCLOUD FITS

Two things narrow the fit: scope and contract shape. Peakon measures engagement and employee experience, and that is the whole job it does. It does not score your process maturity, digital readiness, skills gaps or compliance readiness, so leadership still assembles the whole-company picture from separate tools. On contract shape, Workday publishes no US price, but its own pricing filing for the UK government G-Cloud 14 framework shows how Peakon is sold: per employee per year by headcount band, with the lowest listed band starting at 600 employees, on a 3-year subscription term where the commitment covers the entire current employee population for the whole term. Added employees cost extra, deployment and training are ordered separately as fixed-fee packages, and Workday's listing states that no free trial is available. That is a sensible structure for a 5,000-person Workday customer and a heavy one for a 300-person company that wants a read on where it stands. Assessmentcloud is a different shape and a smaller claim: one diagnostic that scores culture and engagement alongside process, digital, skills and compliance into a single 0 to 100 report against the industry median, with a prioritized action plan and flat pricing that does not scale with headcount. We do not match Peakon on continuous listening, attrition prediction or benchmark depth, and we do not pretend to; the report is diagnostic input, not a certified audit.
