Leapsome pricing: what Leapsome costs, the 1-year minimum and the $6,000 support line

Leapsome does not print a price. Its pricing page lists eight modules, two add-ons and a platform layer, then asks you to contact sales for a customized quote. What it does put in writing is the set of rules that decide your bill: what the quote is based on, how long you are committed, and which contracts get a Customer Success manager. Below is all of it, read off leapsome.com on 16 September 2026.

DIRECT ANSWER

Leapsome pricing is not published. The pricing page shows no rate for any module and routes every buyer to a customized quote from sales. Leapsome's own pricing FAQ states that the price depends on three things: the number of employees, the contract length, and the modules you buy. Every contract has a minimum term of one year. Leapsome's Customer Success team, the people who guide implementation and customization, is only available to customers with an annual contract of US$6,000 (or 6,000 euros) or more; everyone else gets ongoing email support and the self-serve Success Center. Leapsome states there is no setup fee and no hidden costs, that a 14-day free trial needs no credit card, that multi-module and user-volume discounts exist, and that startups and NGOs can ask for special pricing. The dollar figures you will find on review and directory sites disagree with each other and none of them appears on Leapsome's own page, so do not budget against them. Assessmentcloud is not a Leapsome replacement: Leapsome runs HR and talent processes, while this platform scores five dimensions of the company, culture, process, digital maturity, skills and compliance, into one 0 to 100 report at a flat published monthly price. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Leapsome.

Go deeper: this dimension works alongside Lattice pricing and Culture Amp competitors, and the guides on leapsome vs lattice and employee engagement software cost show the frameworks behind the scoring.

LANDSCAPE

What Leapsome's own pricing page states, line by line

Every row below was read on 16 September 2026 from leapsome.com/pricing and the pricing FAQ on that page. Nothing here comes from a review site, a reseller or a negotiation blog. Where Leapsome states something as its own claim, the row says so. Where the page is silent, the row says that too, because the silences are what your quote call has to fill.

Line item What Leapsome states What it means for a US buyer
Published rate None. The page says contact sales for a customized quote You cannot budget Leapsome before a sales call
What the price depends on Number of employees, contract length and the modules you purchase Three levers, and two of them are yours to set
Minimum term All contracts have a minimum term of 1 year No monthly plan and no month-to-month option described
Customer Success Only for annual contracts of US$6,000 (or 6,000 euros) or more Under $500 a month you implement with email support
Support below that line Ongoing email support and the Success Center are always available Self-serve articles, videos and best-practice guides
Setup fee No setup fee and no additional or hidden costs Confirm it in the order form
Free trial 14 days, free of charge, no credit card required Enough to test the workflow, not a rollout
Discounts Multi-module and user-volume discounts available Ask for the discount as its own line
Special pricing Special rates for startups and NGOs, on request Ask whether you qualify before the quote
Switching offer Pay nothing while your old HRIS contract runs, up to March 2027 Only relevant if you are buying the HRIS module
Modules HRIS, Reviews, Surveys, Goals, Learning, Compensation; Recruiting and Time Tracking in early access Bought individually or in any combination
Add-ons Compensation benchmarks, learning content Priced on top of the modules
Always included HRIS migration support, integrations, 38 languages, SSO, SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR, Leapsome Academy Leapsome's own list; useful for your security review
Implementation time Usually 1 to 4 weeks for full implementation Leapsome's own estimate
Sales and support languages English and German The platform itself runs in 38 languages

Now the arithmetic Leapsome does not do for you, and it is ours, not a Leapsome figure. The $6,000 support line is $500 a month. The headcount at which a single module crosses it is 500 divided by the monthly per-employee rate you are quoted: at a quoted $5, that is 100 employees; at a quoted $10, it is 50. Those rates are illustrations to show the method, not Leapsome prices. Plug in the number on your own quote. If Leapsome is on a shortlist with vendors that do publish, Lattice pricing sets out a real rate card with a $4,000 annual minimum, and Leapsome vs Lattice pricing works through that two-way decision. For the wider field, Culture Amp competitors compares ten vendors on what each publishes, and Leapsome alternatives is honest about where Leapsome is the better pick.

What you get

The $6,000 line decides what kind of vendor Leapsome is for you

Leapsome's FAQ is plain about it: Customer Success services are only available to customers who implement Leapsome with an annual contract of US$6,000 or more. Below that line you get email support and a library of articles and videos. That is $500 a month. A 40-person company buying one module may sit under it and implement alone; a 150-person company buying three modules almost certainly sits above it. Ask where your quote lands before you plan the rollout, because the rollout plan is different on each side of the line.

You are committing to a year, whatever the quote says

The same FAQ states that all contracts have a minimum term of one year. There is no monthly plan on the page and no month-to-month option described anywhere on it. Contract length is also one of the three inputs to the price, so a longer term is a lever you can pull for a lower rate. Decide how long you actually want to be committed before the call, not during it.

Modules are sold separately, and the platform layer is not

Leapsome lists HRIS, Reviews, Surveys, Goals, Learning and Compensation as modules, with Recruiting and Time Tracking marked early access, plus two add-ons: compensation benchmarks and learning content. Modules can be bought individually or in any combination, with multi-module discounts. A platform layer comes with every purchase: AI agents, workflows, analytics, Q&A boards, meetings, instant feedback, competencies, whistleblowing and a form builder. If all you need is engagement surveys, you are pricing one module, not the suite.

Some costs other vendors charge for are stated as included

Leapsome states there is no setup fee and no additional or hidden costs. Listed as always included: HRIS migration support, integrations, 38 platform languages, SSO and encryption, SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification, GDPR compliance, customer support and the Leapsome Academy management courses. Full implementation is stated to usually take 1 to 4 weeks. Those are Leapsome's own claims; confirm the ones that matter to you in the order form.

What Leapsome does not measure

Leapsome runs the people process: reviews, goals, surveys, learning and pay. It does not score process maturity, digital capability or compliance readiness, so it will not tell a leadership team whether people are actually the constraint. Assessmentcloud scores all five dimensions against an industry median at a flat monthly price with no per-employee meter and no annual minimum, which makes it a cheap first step before a one-year, headcount-priced commitment.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Write down the modules before you book the demo

Leapsome prices per module, so the scope of the quote is your decision, not the rep's. List the modules you will use in year one and the ones you might add in year two. If engagement surveys are the only job, say so, and ask for a Surveys-only quote before you are shown the full talent suite.

02

Ask for the year-one total at your exact headcount

Employee count is one of the three pricing inputs, so give the real number, including part-time staff you intend to include. Ask for one annual total with each module as its own line and the multi-module discount shown separately. A single bundled figure hides which module is doing the expensive work.

03

Ask which side of $6,000 your quote falls on

If the total is under US$6,000 a year, Customer Success is not included and you implement with email support and the Success Center. If that is not acceptable, ask what it would take to cross the line, and compare that with the cost of doing the rollout yourself. Get the answer in writing.

04

Ask about term length, renewal and headcount changes

The minimum term is one year, and contract length changes the price. Ask what a two- or three-year term does to the rate, what the renewal uplift is, and what happens to the invoice if headcount falls during the term. Leapsome also mentions special pricing for startups and NGOs and a switching offer for companies stuck in an existing HRIS contract; ask whether either applies to you.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

Assessmentcloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about leapsome pricing

Leapsome does not publish a price. Its pricing page asks buyers to contact sales for a customized quote, and its FAQ says the price depends on the number of employees, the contract length and the modules you buy. Every contract runs at least one year. Figures on review sites are estimates that disagree with each other, and none of them appears on Leapsome's own page.

Yes. Leapsome's pricing FAQ states you can test Leapsome free of charge for a full 14 days with no credit card required. That is enough time to click through a review cycle or build a survey, but not to run a real rollout, so use the trial to check the workflows your managers will touch most and bring the gaps to the quote call.

One year. Leapsome's pricing FAQ states that all contracts have a minimum term of one year, and contract length is one of the three factors that set the price. There is no monthly plan on the pricing page. If you want flexibility, ask what a one-year term costs against a longer one, and what the renewal terms are.

Only above a spend threshold. Leapsome states that its Customer Success team's services are only available to customers with an annual contract of US$6,000 or 6,000 euros or more. Below that, you still get ongoing email support and the Success Center of articles, videos and best-practice resources, but implementation guidance from a dedicated manager is not included.

Leapsome states there is no setup fee and no additional or hidden costs. It also lists HRIS migration support, integrations, SSO and the Leapsome Academy as always included. Full implementation usually takes one to four weeks, by Leapsome's own estimate. Confirm in the order form that no services line has been added for your configuration.

Yes. Leapsome states that modules can be bought individually or combined in any combination, with multi-module discounts. The modules are HRIS, Reviews, Surveys, Goals, Learning and Compensation, with Recruiting and Time Tracking in early access. AI agents, workflows, analytics, meetings, feedback and a form builder come with every purchase.

Leapsome says it offers special pricing for startups and NGOs and asks buyers to contact its team to see whether they qualify. It does not publish the discount or the eligibility rules. It also advertises multi-module and user-volume discounts, and a switching offer where you pay nothing while an existing HRIS contract runs, up to March 2027.

Nobody outside Leapsome can say, because Leapsome publishes no rate. Lattice publishes its prices: Engagement at $4 a seat a month, Goals and OKRs at $8, Performance at $10, a Foundations package at $13, and a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. The only honest comparison is a Leapsome quote at your headcount set against that published card.

It can be, but check the $6,000 line first. A small company buying one or two modules may land below it and implement without a Customer Success manager, on a one-year term. If you need guided rollout, ask what crossing the line costs. If you are not yet sure people are your constraint, score the whole company first.
