Culture Amp pricing: what Culture Amp costs and how the price compares

Culture Amp does not put a price on its website, which is the single most important fact about buying it and the reason this page exists. What follows is what the vendor genuinely publishes, read off its own pricing page in August 2026, what that leaves you unable to calculate, and how to get to a number you can defend in a budget.

DIRECT ANSWER

Culture Amp publishes no prices. Read on cultureamp.com/pricing in August 2026, the page carries no dollar figures, no rate card, and no self-serve tier. What it does publish is the pricing model, and that is the useful part: cost depends on the number of employees, the product chosen, and the service tier, all products are billed on an annual basis, and buyers are sorted into three size bands, under 200 employees, 200 to 999 employees, and 1,000 or more. Every route on the page is a quote request, a conversation with the team, or a demo booking. Treat the per-employee figures circulating on review and procurement sites carefully: they disagree with each other by more than an order of magnitude on the same per-employee basis, they are reconstructed from historical contract data rather than from a rate card, and none of them appear anywhere on Culture Amp's own site, so none of them are safe to put in a budget. If you need a number before you talk to a salesperson, the workable method is to price the vendors that do publish, since Lattice, 15Five, Workleap, and Leapsome all list figures, use those as the shape of the market at your headcount, and then ask Culture Amp for an all-in annual total with the service tier itemized as a separate line. Assessmentcloud is not a Culture Amp replacement and does not claim to be one. Culture Amp is an employee experience specialist and the deeper engagement instrument of the two. This platform scores five organizational dimensions, culture and engagement (CU-01), process maturity (PR-02), digital maturity (DM-03), skills gaps (SG-04), and compliance readiness (CR-05), into one 0 to 100 report against an industry median, at a published flat price from $49 a month for the whole company. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reselling Culture Amp.

LANDSCAPE

Which employee engagement vendors publish a price, and what each one meters on

Culture Amp is quote-only, so the honest way to give you pricing context is to show which vendors in the same shortlist publish a figure and which do not. Every entry below was read off the vendor's own pricing page in August 2026, never off a listicle or a review aggregator, and where a vendor publishes nothing this table says nothing rather than repeating a third-party number. The column that matters most is the third one: what the price is metered on decides how your bill behaves as you hire.

Vendor Published price (checked August 2026) What the price is metered on Minimum or contract terms
Culture Amp None. No figures, tiers, or minimums appear on the pricing page Stated on the page: number of employees, product chosen, and service tier. Size bands under 200, 200 to 999, and 1,000 or more All products billed on an annual basis. Every route is request a quote, speak to the team, or book a demo
Lattice Yes. Performance $10 a seat a month, Goals and OKRs $8, Engagement $4, Compensation plus $6, Grow plus $4 Per seat per month, billed annually, USD only $4,000 minimum annual agreement, which is the effective floor below roughly 84 seats
15Five Yes. Engage $4 per user per month, Perform $11, Total Platform $16, all billed annually Per user per month No minimum spend stated for the core plans. Some optional add-ons carry their own minimums
Workleap, which absorbed Officevibe Yes, as annual package prices rather than seat rates. Standard from $4,999 a year, Pro from $11,999 a year Annual package, with Enterprise quoted for larger organizations Enterprise is custom and aimed at 250 or more employees
Leapsome No firm rate. A starting figure of 199 per user per month shows against an unresolved currency selector, with the modules themselves quoted Modular, quoted per module on top of the entry price 12-month minimum term. Customer Success support is gated above a spend threshold
Qualtrics None Published meter only: employee experience products priced on employee count, customer experience on interactions Sales-led. Request pricing or request a demo
Workday Peakon None Licensed on headcount rather than on respondents, so you pay for people who never answer Sales-led, sold through Workday
Perceptyx None, and there is no pricing page at all Not published. The site markets all-in pricing with consulting included, which describes structure rather than a figure Sales-led. Every route is talk to an expert
Quantum Workplace No seat rate, but it does publish a floor: a $15,000 minimum annual contract Per employee and per product, by quote, above the published minimum $15,000 minimum annual contract
Assessmentcloud Yes. $49, $119, and $279 a month by plan Flat per organization. No per-employee meter No minimum contract and no sales cycle

Two things fall out of this table. First, the split is not about company size or product quality, it is about sales model: the specialists that sell through a consultative process publish nothing, and the platforms that expect you to self-serve publish a rate card. Second, the meter matters more than the rate. A $4 seat looks cheap until you multiply it by 1,000 people and then hire 200 more, and a headcount licence like Peakon's charges you for employees who never open the survey. Pricing and packaging change without notice, so confirm current terms with each vendor before you budget against anything here, including ours. The employee engagement survey pricing page works through the arithmetic at 100, 300, and 1,000 employees, the Culture Amp vs Lattice comparison puts the quote-only vendor and the published rate card side by side, and the full Culture Amp alternatives comparison runs the same check across eight competitors.

CU-01

What you get

The published model, not a made-up number

Culture Amp states three things about its own pricing: it depends on headcount, on which product you buy from Engage, Perform, and Develop, and on the service tier, and everything is billed annually. That is genuinely all the vendor commits to publicly. Every page that gives you a confident per-employee figure is reconstructing it from somebody else's old contract, and the reconstructions do not agree with each other.

The service tier is the line to watch

People Science Consulting is sold as an add-on rather than bundled, and the service tier is named on the pricing page as one of the three inputs to the quote. At several company sizes the service component is the larger share of the annual total, so a quote that arrives as one figure is hiding the decision you most need to see. Ask for it itemized.

A published flat price to compare against

Whatever you end up paying Culture Amp, it will scale with headcount. This platform costs $49, $119, or $279 a month for the whole organization, published, with no per-employee meter and no minimum contract. That is not the same product and we say so plainly, but it does give you a fixed reference point when you are trying to work out whether a quote is reasonable.

Five dimensions, benchmarked, in one report

Culture Amp measures employee sentiment and does it well, with a benchmark dataset far larger than ours. What it does not score is how mature your processes are, how far along your technology is, where your skills gaps sit, or whether your compliance work would survive scrutiny. Those arrive here as four further scored dimensions beside culture, each against an industry median, which is a different question from how people feel.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Work out which product you are actually buying

Culture Amp sells Engage, Perform, and Develop, and the quote changes substantially depending on which of them you turn on. Decide before the first call whether you want engagement measurement alone or a performance and development suite too, because the answer moves the number more than negotiating does.

02

Ask for the all-in annual total at your exact headcount

Not a per-employee rate, which Culture Amp will not quote in isolation, and not a starting-from figure. Ask for the total you would pay in year one at your real employee count, with the service tier and any People Science Consulting listed as separate lines, and ask which of those lines are optional.

03

Price the vendors that publish, as a sanity check

Lattice lists Engagement at $4 a seat a month with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement, and 15Five lists Engage at $4 per user per month, both verified on their own pricing pages in August 2026. Those are not equivalent products, but they tell you what a per-seat engagement module costs in this market, which is the context a quote-only vendor deliberately removes.

04

Decide whether the question is engagement or the whole organization

If the requirement is a rigorous benchmarked engagement program, Culture Amp is a strong answer and this page is not trying to talk you out of it. If the requirement is to find out which part of the business is weakest, a whole-company assessment scoring process, digital maturity, skills, and compliance alongside culture answers that at a price you can read before you call anyone.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

Assessmentcloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about culture amp pricing

Culture Amp does not publish a price, so there is no honest single answer. Its pricing page states that cost depends on the number of employees, the product chosen from Engage, Perform, or Develop, and the service tier, with size bands for under 200, 200 to 999, and 1,000 or more employees, and all products billed annually. To get a real number you have to request a quote. Ask for the all-in annual total at your exact headcount with the service tier itemized separately.

No. Checked on cultureamp.com/pricing in August 2026, the page contains no dollar figures, no per-employee rate, no tier prices, and no published minimum. It sets out the three inputs to a quote and the three company-size bands, then routes every visitor to request a quote, speak to the team, or book a demo. That is a deliberate sales model rather than an oversight, and it is shared by Qualtrics, Workday Peakon, and Perceptyx.

Per employee, by product, by service tier, billed annually. Those are the vendor's own words for what drives the number. In practice that means three separate levers move your quote: how many people you have, whether you buy engagement alone or the wider platform, and how much people science support is attached. The third lever is the one buyers most often miss, because People Science Consulting is sold as an add-on rather than included.

Because they are reconstructing figures from historical contract data, negotiation records, and user reports rather than reading a rate card. The results disagree with each other by more than an order of magnitude on the same per-employee basis, which tells you the underlying contracts vary enormously by size, product mix, and service tier. Any single figure presented as the Culture Amp price is an average of things that are not comparable, and it is not safe to budget against.

It depends on whether engagement measurement is the actual requirement. Culture Amp is an employee experience specialist with a large benchmark dataset, survey science behind the instrument, and consulting support available, and for organizations running a serious engagement program it is a credible choice. It is poor value if what you needed was a quick read on where the business is weak, because you will pay for depth in one dimension and get nothing on process, technology, skills, or compliance.

Among vendors that publish figures, 15Five lists Engage at $4 per user per month and Lattice lists Engagement at $4 a seat a month, though Lattice carries a $4,000 minimum annual agreement that sets the real floor for smaller companies. Workleap publishes annual package prices starting at $4,999. Those are genuine engagement products, and price is only part of the comparison. If the requirement is a whole-company diagnostic rather than a continuous engagement program, a flat organization-wide price avoids the per-employee meter entirely.

Culture Amp does not publish a self-serve free trial on its pricing page. The routes it offers are a demo booking and a quote request, which is the normal pattern for a sales-led enterprise platform. If evaluating without a sales cycle matters to you, that is a real constraint worth weighing, and it is one reason self-serve tools stay on shortlists they would otherwise lose on features.

They are structured differently, and the difference is more informative than any single number. Lattice publishes a rate card, verified in August 2026 at Performance $10 a seat a month, Goals and OKRs $8, and Engagement $4, with a $4,000 minimum annual agreement, billed annually in USD. Culture Amp publishes nothing and quotes on headcount, product, and service tier. So you can model a Lattice budget from public information and you cannot model a Culture Amp one. The full comparison covers what each is actually built to do.
