The white label line sits on Growth, not Lite
Interact's plan cards say the Lite plan keeps Interact branding on quizzes. Growth is the first plan marked fully white-labeled, and the pricing FAQ says the same thing in plain words: you can white label your quiz on the Growth and Pro plans. So the real entry price for a branded quiz a client or a prospect sees is $53 a month on a yearly commitment, $636 a year, or $89 a month if you pay monthly. Budget from Growth if your name is going on it.
The meter is email leads, not visitors
Paid plans are capped by email leads captured each month: 500 on Lite, 2,000 on Growth and 8,000 on Pro. The Free plan works differently. Its FAQ says it is gated by quiz responses, 100 in the billing period whether or not lead capture is on, and once you reach 100 the quizzes are disabled until the next period starts. A free quiz that takes off in week one goes dark for the rest of the month, which is the worst time for it to happen.
Monthly billing costs up to 40 percent more
Interact advertises saving up to 40 percent on yearly billing, and the numbers bear it out. Lite is $39 monthly against $27 yearly, a 31 percent saving. Growth is $89 against $53 and Pro is $209 against $125, both about 40 percent (our arithmetic from the published prices). Over twelve months that is $1,068 against $636 on Growth and $2,508 against $1,500 on Pro. If you are testing whether a quiz converts, pay monthly for one or two months first, then switch.
The trial on the plans page is 7 days
Every paid plan card says try free for 7 days. Several review sites that rank for Interact pricing still describe a 14-day trial. Plan the trial around the shorter window: build the quiz on the Free plan first, then start the trial when you are ready to test integrations and branding, so the paid days are spent on the features you are actually deciding about. Interact's FAQ says you can cancel at any time and the subscription stays active to the end of the billing period.
A quiz result is a result page, not a client report
Interact's results are outcomes you write yourself: a result title and description, a call to action button, or a redirect to your own landing page. Lead data, including each person's answers and result, downloads as a spreadsheet from the analytics screen, according to Interact's help center. The plans page lists no scored report or PDF deliverable at any tier. That is fine for a lead magnet. It is a gap if the assessment is the thing you are selling, because the report is then the product.
Seats and CRM integrations climb with the plan
Lite includes 2 users, Growth 5 and Pro 10. Email tools such as ActiveCampaign, Kit, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, GoHighLevel and Zapier are in the basic integration set; HubSpot, Infusionsoft, Maropost and Ontraport are listed as advanced integrations, which the plan cards place on Pro. Google Analytics conversion tracking starts on Growth. If your pipeline lives in HubSpot, check which plan connects to it during the trial rather than assuming Growth does.
Where AssessmentCloud fits, and where it does not
If you need a lead magnet quiz that grows an email list, Interact is cheaper than we are and built for it. AssessmentCloud is a different purchase: scored organizational diagnostics (culture, digital and process maturity, skills gap, compliance readiness) with the questions and the 0 to 100 scoring already built, industry median benchmarks, and reports under your logo. The Consultancy plan is $279 a month, about $232 billed yearly, with 25 client workspaces and 500 responses a month.
