involve.me costs $29, $69 or $139 a month billed annually for its Start, Grow and Scale plans, or $49, $99 and $199 month to month, and Enterprise starts at $499 a month on an annual contract. Removing the involve.me branding and publishing on your own domain both start on Grow. What no plan includes is a PDF report: involve.me's own help center says PDF generation is not a current feature. For a consultant who sells the assessment result, that one line matters more than the price.
Every figure here was read on 27 September 2026 from involve.me/pricing, with the plan cards confirmed by screenshot, and the PDF point comes from involve.me's help center. Prices are shown in US dollars; the page notes that EU VAT is excluded. We are not affiliated with involve.me and do not resell it. Where a number is our arithmetic, the sentence says so.
involve.me pricing at a glance
involve.me is a funnel builder: quizzes, forms, calculators, surveys and payment pages that capture a lead and hand it to a built-in CRM and email sequences. Unlike most quiz tools, the plan cards do not meter responses on paid plans. They meter live funnels, users and AI credits.
| Plan | Billed annually | Month to month | Live funnels | Users included | AI credits a month (annual / monthly) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Start | $29 a month | $49 a month | 3 | 1 | 100 / 50 |
| Grow | $69 a month | $99 a month | 5 | 2 | 200 / 100 |
| Scale | $139 a month | $199 a month | 25 | 5 | 600 / 300 |
| Enterprise | from $499 a month | Annual contracts only | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Over a year that is $348, $828 and $1,668 on annual billing, against $588, $1,188 and $2,388 if you stay monthly (our arithmetic). involve.me says yearly billing saves up to 40 percent. That is true of Start, where the saving is about 41 percent; on Grow and Scale it is closer to 30 percent. Extra seats are $10 per user a month on Grow and Scale, and Start cannot add seats at all.
Is involve.me free?
There is a Free plan. The pricing FAQ says it covers up to 50 submissions or 500 visits a month, and when you hit the monthly limit without upgrading, your funnels are locked until the next calendar month starts. Paid features can be tested on draft funnels, but you cannot publish them on Free. It is a fair way to build and preview; it is not a plan to launch a lead magnet on, because a single newsletter mention can use up the month in a day.
The free trial is a separate thing. involve.me's 14-day trial of a paid plan asks for billing details up front, and if you do not cancel inside the 14 days, the plan you picked starts automatically. The FAQ is also direct about refunds: they generally do not offer them once a paid period has started. Put a reminder in your calendar the day you start the trial.
Which involve.me plan removes branding?
Grow is the first plan with Remove Watermark, a custom domain (one included), white-labeled participant emails and a custom favicon. On Start, your funnel carries the involve.me mark and sits on an involve.me address; a custom domain is not included on Start, and the feature table lists buying custom domains at $10 a month from Grow up. So the entry price for a funnel that looks like yours is $69 a month on a yearly plan, $828 a year, or $99 a month billed monthly.
Scale adds three custom domains, custom CSS, A/B testing, partial-submission tracking, OTP verification of emails and phone numbers, and the Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics and webhook integrations. HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign and HighLevel start on Grow. If you work across three client brands, Scale is the plan that gives each one its own domain.
Does involve.me generate PDF reports?
Not natively. involve.me's help center article on sending results as a PDF says it describes a workaround "as PDF generation is not a current feature in involve.me." The suggested route is Zapier plus a third-party PDF service such as PDFMonkey, then an email tool to deliver the file, and the article notes that sending outcome results through involve.me's native email is the only method it fully supports. The workaround is listed for Start, Grow and Scale, not Free.
Some review and listing pages say involve.me includes PDF report generation on every plan. That is not what involve.me's own documentation says, and the difference is real money: Zapier and a PDF service are two more subscriptions, and someone has to design the report template and keep the automation working. For a lead magnet, the outcome page and a follow-up email are usually enough. For a paid client diagnostic, the report is the deliverable, and building it out of three tools is a project of its own.
What involve.me costs a consultant in practice
Three realistic setups, all our arithmetic from the published prices:
- One branded scorecard as a lead magnet. Grow on annual billing, $828 a year. Five live funnels is plenty, two seats covers you and an assistant, and the result goes out as an outcome page plus an email.
- A branded scorecard with a PDF sent to every respondent. Grow at $828 a year, plus a Zapier plan that runs multi-step zaps and a PDF service billed by documents. Those two are priced by their own vendors and by volume, so get quotes for your expected monthly respondents before you commit.
- Three client brands on their own domains. Scale at $1,668 a year billed annually, or $2,388 monthly, for three custom domains and custom CSS.
Compare that with the other builders consultants shortlist. Interact quiz pricing puts white label on its Growth plan at $636 a year, with no report deliverable either. ScoreApp pricing starts the branded PDF on its Business plan. Outgrow's pricing puts branding removal and Create a PDF together on its $600 a month Business plan. And Pointerpro pricing starts at $69 a month but keeps its PDF report builder on a quoted, contracted tier.
involve.me vs a scored assessment platform
| What you need | involve.me | AssessmentCloud Consultancy |
|---|---|---|
| Price with your branding | $69 a month billed annually (Grow), $99 monthly | $279 a month, about $232 billed yearly |
| Who writes the questions and scoring | You do, with answer scoring and calculations | Ready-made frameworks: culture, digital and process maturity, skills gap, compliance readiness |
| Benchmarks | None built in | Industry median on a 0 to 100 scale |
| Client report | Outcome page and email; PDF only through Zapier and a third-party service | Scored report under your logo, shareable report links |
| Multiple clients | Separate funnels; up to 3 custom domains on Scale | 25 client workspaces with separate respondents and results |
| Lead capture, CRM and email sequences | Built in, with 30+ integrations | Not a funnel builder |
The honest reading: if you want a quiz that fills a pipeline, involve.me is cheaper than we are and does more of that job. If a client is paying for the diagnosis, you want the scoring model, the benchmark and the report already done, and that is what our white label assessment tool is for. The full field of branded tools, from $30 to $720 a month, is compared in white label assessment software for consultants, and our plans are listed on the pricing page. Results are diagnostic input, not a certified audit.
Is involve.me worth it for consultants?
For a consultant building a list, yes, with one caveat about how the list is fed. The built-in email sequences are designed for people who opted in through your funnel. If your plan is to push cold prospects toward the scorecard, send that first touch from a dedicated cold email platform that researches each prospect and protects your sending domain, and let involve.me handle everyone who actually takes the assessment. Mixing cold sends into a marketing tool's sequences is the fastest way to hurt the deliverability of the emails your warm leads are waiting for.
Where it is weaker is the paid engagement. There is no report, no benchmark and no methodology in the box, so the value you charge for is still work you do by hand after the funnel closes.
Frequently asked questions
How much does involve.me cost per month?
involve.me costs $29 a month for Start, $69 for Grow and $139 for Scale when billed annually, or $49, $99 and $199 on monthly billing. Enterprise starts at $499 a month and is sold on annual contracts only. Prices exclude EU VAT, and extra seats on Grow and Scale are $10 per user a month.
Does involve.me have a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan allows up to 50 submissions or 500 visits a month, with no credit card. When you reach the monthly limit and do not upgrade, your funnels are locked until the next calendar month. Paid features can be tested on drafts but not published on the Free plan.
Does involve.me offer refunds?
Generally not. involve.me's pricing FAQ says it does not usually offer refunds once a paid subscription period has started, and recommends using the Free plan or the 14-day premium trial first. The trial needs billing details and converts to the selected plan automatically unless you cancel within 14 days.
Can I use my own domain on involve.me?
From the Grow plan. Grow includes one custom domain and Scale includes three, with more domains available at $10 a month. Start publishes on involve.me's generic domains. Grow is also the first plan that removes the involve.me watermark and white-labels participant emails.
What is the best involve.me alternative for consultants?
It depends on what you sell. For list-building quizzes, the usual alternatives are Interact, ScoreApp and Outgrow. For a branded report engine, Pointerpro or Brilliant Assessments. For a scored organizational diagnostic with frameworks and benchmarks already built, AssessmentCloud's Consultancy plan is $279 a month.
