Questions about culture survey

Engagement measures how motivated and committed people feel; culture measures the norms that produce those feelings, like trust, recognition, and how decisions get made. They correlate, but a company can have engaged people inside a culture that is quietly burning them out. AssessmentCloud scores both inside the CU-01 dimension.

Results render for any group of 5 or more, and dimension scores stabilize from roughly 15 respondents. Smaller companies still get value: the whole-company score and median comparison work at any size above the anonymity threshold.
