Perceptyx publishes no pricing. Checked on perceptyx.com in August 2026, there is no pricing page on the site at all: the URL /pricing returns a 404, no dollar figures appear anywhere in the navigation or on the platform pages, and every commercial route is Talk to an Expert, See a Demo, or Take Your Assessment. What the site does publish is the shape of what you are buying, and that is the part worth reading before a sales call. Perceptyx markets a combined platform it calls the People Activation System, built from named components: Discover for listening, Activate for turning results into manager action, Develop for growth and coaching, and a layer it calls AI Agents. On top of that sit solution packages for Employee Engagement Surveys, Employee Experience, Learning and Development and Change Management, plus industry versions for Healthcare, Manufacturing and Retail. Because none of that carries a price, a Perceptyx quote is assembled per customer, and the two variables that move it most are how many modules you take and how much people science and consulting comes with them. Treat the per-employee figures circulating on review and procurement sites carefully: they are reconstructed from historical contract data rather than read off a rate card, they disagree with each other, and none of them appear anywhere on Perceptyx own site, so none of them are safe to put in a budget. Assessmentcloud is not a Perceptyx replacement and does not claim to be one. Perceptyx is an enterprise employee listening specialist with a research and consulting practice attached, and it is the deeper listening instrument of the two. This platform scores five organizational dimensions, culture and engagement (CU-01), process maturity (PR-02), digital maturity (DM-03), skills gaps (SG-04) and compliance readiness (CR-05), into one 0 to 100 report against an industry median, at a flat price from $49 a month for the whole company with no per-employee meter. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reselling Perceptyx.
