Quantum Workplace pricing and cost, what the $15,000 minimum buys at your headcount

Quantum Workplace does not publish a per-employee rate, but its pricing page does publish the one number that decides whether it is in your budget at all: a $15,000 minimum annual contract. This page lays out everything the vendor states about how the quote is built, what the three service plans add, and what the floor works out to per employee at the headcounts where it matters most.

DIRECT ANSWER

Quantum Workplace pricing is quote only, with a published minimum annual contract of $15,000. Base pricing is set by your total number of employees, and Engagement, Performance, Development and Recognition can be bought together, separately or a la carte, with multi-product and user-volume discounts. There is no implementation fee, and every customer gets a dedicated Customer Success Manager.

Go deeper: this dimension works alongside employee engagement survey vendors and Lattice pricing, and the guides on employee engagement software cost and betterworks alternatives show the frameworks behind the scoring.

Everything Quantum Workplace states about its pricing

Every row below was read on 29 September 2026 from quantumworkplace.com/pricing, including its FAQ, and the $15,000 line was checked against a screenshot of the rendered page. The right-hand column is our reading for a US buyer, not a vendor statement.

Item What Quantum Workplace states What it means for a US buyer
Price Quote only. Pricing varies with the products and services purchased No list rate. The floor below is the only published figure
Minimum Packages start at $15,000. Minimum annual contract is $15,000 Below that budget, the vendor is not an option
What sets the base Your total number of employees Ask whether a pilot group can be quoted instead of everyone
Discounts Multi-product and user-volume discounts are available Larger companies and bundles pay less per employee
Modules Engagement, Performance, Development and Recognition (powered by Assembly), together, separately or a la carte Price the module you need alone before the bundle
Implementation fee None. One-on-one support from a Customer Implementation Manager Year one is close to the subscription total
Signature service plan Most popular, included with most plans. Dedicated CSM, guided implementation, live admin training, unlimited tech support The default. Confirm it is in your quote
Signature Plus Adds annual engagement survey implementation, a survey design session, insights analysis and a live executive presentation by an Insights Analyst Worth pricing if you want help running the annual survey
Premium Adds a dedicated Insights Analyst, strategic design sessions, KPI and cross-platform analyses, live manager training White-glove tier. Ask for its price as a separate line
Included with every plan SSO, HRIS integration, Slack, Teams and calendar integration, 40+ languages, iOS and Android app, SOC 2, GDPR No extra charge for the usual enterprise checklist
AssessmentCloud Business $119 a month, or $59 a month billed yearly ($708 a year). Up to 500 respondents a month, no minimum contract A scored whole-company diagnostic, not a continuous engagement platform

What the floor means per employee, which is our arithmetic and not a Quantum Workplace rate: $15,000 a year is $1,250 a month. Spread across 100 employees that is $12.50 per employee per month, across 250 it is $5.00, across 500 it is $2.50 and across 1,000 it is $1.25. Your quote may be above the floor, and volume discounts apply above it. For the published cards to compare against, see Lattice pricing and the employee engagement survey vendors table.

What you get

The $15,000 floor is the first number to test

Quantum Workplace states it twice on its pricing page: packages start at $15,000, and the minimum annual contract is $15,000. Everything else is a quote. That makes the floor the right place to start, because it tells you before any demo whether the vendor fits the budget line you have. A company that has set aside $8,000 for engagement surveys this year can stop here. A company with 800 employees and a $40,000 line will clear the floor on almost any module mix, and the real question becomes the rate per employee.

Headcount sets the base, and it is your total headcount

The FAQ says base pricing is determined by your total number of employees. That wording matters. Some vendors quote on the people you actually survey, which lets you start with one division. Quantum Workplace describes the base as total employees, so ask in writing whether a pilot on part of the company is priced on that group or on everyone, and whether adding employees mid-term reprices the whole contract or only the new seats.

Four modules, bought together or one at a time

The platform is sold as four modules: Engagement (engagement, lifecycle and pulse surveys, action planning, Retention Radar), Performance (goals, one-on-ones, feedback, reviews), Development (growth, talent reviews, succession planning) and Recognition, which the vendor says is powered by Assembly. They can be bought together, separately or a la carte, and the bundle is labeled as the way to save. If you only need the survey, ask for an Engagement-only quote first so you know the price of the thing you came for before the bundle discount is applied to things you did not.

Implementation and support are included, not billed

Quantum Workplace states there is no implementation fee and that every customer gets one-on-one implementation support from a Customer Implementation Manager plus a dedicated Customer Success Manager. That is a real difference from vendors that sell onboarding as a line item, and it means the year-one total is close to the subscription itself. The service plans on the next row are where extra cost can appear.

Three service plans sit on top of the software

The pricing page describes Signature, Signature Plus and Premium. Signature is labeled most popular and included with most plans, with the $15,000 minimum contract value, guided implementation for each new feature, live administrator training and unlimited tech support. Signature Plus adds annual engagement survey implementation, a survey design session and a live executive presentation from an Insights Analyst. Premium adds a dedicated Insights Analyst, strategic design sessions, KPI analyses and live manager training. None of the three carries a published price, so ask for each as its own line.

Where AssessmentCloud fits, and where it does not

AssessmentCloud is not a continuous engagement or performance platform, and it does not replace Quantum Workplace for a company that wants reviews, goals and recognition in one system. It is a scored diagnostic of the whole company across culture, process, digital maturity and change readiness, sold on a flat monthly price with no minimum contract: Team at $49 a month and Business at $119 a month, or $59 a month billed yearly. Teams below the $15,000 line often run it first to see where the problem actually is.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Check the budget line against $15,000

If the approved amount for this year is under $15,000, Quantum Workplace is out before the first call. If it is above, write down the headcount you will ask them to quote on.

02

Ask for an Engagement-only quote before the bundle

Get the price of the module you came for on its own, then the bundle. The difference is what the other modules really cost you.

03

Name the service plan in the quote

Ask which of Signature, Signature Plus and Premium the quote includes, and what the next plan up would add in dollars. Survey design sessions and executive readouts live in Signature Plus.

04

Hold the written quote against published rates

Divide the annual quote by your headcount and by twelve. Compare that per-employee figure with vendors that publish a card, such as Lattice at $4 per seat a month for Engagement or 15Five Engage at $4.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

AssessmentCloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about quantum workplace pricing

Quantum Workplace pricing starts at $15,000 a year, which its pricing page publishes as the minimum annual contract. Above that, the price is a custom quote based on your total number of employees and the modules and service plan you choose, with discounts for bundles and larger user counts. The vendor publishes no per-employee rate.

Yes. Quantum Workplace states that packages start at $15,000 and that the minimum annual contract is $15,000. For a 100-person company that floor alone works out to $12.50 per employee per month by our arithmetic, so it tends to suit companies of several hundred employees or more.

No. Its FAQ says there is no implementation fee and that every customer gets one-on-one implementation support from a Customer Implementation Manager, plus a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Extra services such as a survey design session or an executive readout sit in the Signature Plus and Premium service plans.

Base pricing is set by your total number of employees. Engagement, Performance, Development and Recognition can be purchased together, separately or a la carte, and buying more than one module earns a multi-product discount. The service plan (Signature, Signature Plus or Premium) is then added on top.

The base is set by total employee count and user-volume discounts apply, so in practice the quote scales with headcount. Quantum Workplace does not publish the per-employee rate itself, only the $15,000 annual minimum. Divide your written quote by headcount and twelve to compare it with vendors that publish a card.

No free plan or trial appears on its pricing page. The path is a demo request and a custom quote. If you need a scored read of the company before committing to a $15,000 contract, AssessmentCloud runs a one-time demo and then a flat monthly plan with no minimum term.

Vendors with published, lower entry points include Lattice (Engagement at $4 per seat a month, $4,000 annual minimum), 15Five (Engage at $4, no published minimum) and Viva Glint ($2 per user a month as a Microsoft 365 add-on). AssessmentCloud is a flat $49 or $119 a month for a scored company diagnostic, which is a different job from a full engagement platform.

Usually not on price. At 50 employees the $15,000 minimum works out to $25 per employee per month by our arithmetic, several times the published engagement rates elsewhere. Quantum Workplace fits companies large enough that the floor falls to a few dollars per employee, or that want the Best Places to Work program it runs.
