15Five pricing and cost: every plan, every add-on, and the year-one total at your headcount

15Five is one of the few vendors in this category that prints its prices. The hard part is not finding the plan rate, it is adding up everything else: four different meters (per user, per employee, per manager and per credit), five add-ons, and an annual contract. This page lists every line 15Five states on its own pricing page and totals it at real headcounts, with our arithmetic labeled as ours.

DIRECT ANSWER

15Five pricing is published. Engage costs $4 per user per month, Perform costs $11, and the Total Platform bundle costs $16, all billed annually. Add-ons are extra: Kona Meeting Assistant at $2 per employee a month, Kona Coach at $19 per manager a month, Content at $49 per manager a month, live Coaching at $399 per credit, and Compensation at $9 or $11 per user a month. 15Five states no minimum spend on its standard packages, though some add-ons may carry minimums. A 150-person company on Total Platform pays $28,800 a year before add-ons, by our arithmetic.

Go deeper: this dimension works alongside Lattice pricing and Culture Amp competitors, and the guides on 15five vs lattice and employee engagement software cost show the frameworks behind the scoring.

LANDSCAPE

Every price 15Five states on its own pricing page

Every row below was read on 18 September 2026 from 15five.com/pricing, including the add-on panels and the pricing FAQ, and from 15Five's help center article on add-ons. Nothing comes from a review site or a reseller. All prices are billed annually unless the row says otherwise.

Now the totals, which are our arithmetic from the rates above, not 15Five figures. 50 employees on Engage: 50 x $4 x 12 = $2,400 a year. 150 employees on Perform: $19,800. 150 on Total Platform: $28,800, and adding Kona Meeting Assistant for all 150 ($3,600) and Kona Coach for 19 managers ($4,332) brings it to $36,732. 400 on Total Platform with benchmarked Compensation: $76,800 plus $52,800, so $129,600. Your quote can differ, because volume and term are negotiable. For the rival card, Lattice pricing sets out a $4,000 annual minimum, and 15Five vs Lattice pricing runs both cards at 50, 150 and 400 employees. For the wider field, Culture Amp competitors lines up ten vendors on what they publish, and 15Five alternatives is honest about when 15Five is the better pick.

What you get

The plan rate is the smallest decision on the invoice

15Five's three plans sit close together: $4, $11 and $16 per user a month. The spread that moves a budget comes from the add-ons, because they meter on different things. Kona Meeting Assistant counts every employee, Kona Coach and Content count managers, Coaching counts sessions, and Compensation counts users again. A 150-person company can double its plan cost with two add-ons without anyone changing the plan. Decide which add-ons are in year one before you ask for an order form, and ask for each one as its own line.

Compensation costs as much as performance management

This is the line most buyers miss. The Compensation Base Package is $9 per user a month and Compensation plus Mercer salary benchmarking is $11, which is the same rate as the whole Perform plan. If pay reviews are the reason you are buying, the compensation line can be the largest single item on the contract. At 400 users, benchmarked compensation alone is $52,800 a year by our arithmetic. Check whether your HRIS or an existing benchmarking subscription already covers that job.

No minimum on the standard packages, and annual billing on all of them

15Five's pricing FAQ says its standard packages are designed to be flexible for organizations of all sizes, and that some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements your account executive will explain. The contract is billed annually. Lattice, the rival most often on the same shortlist, states a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. For a 40-person team buying engagement surveys only, that difference decides the price.

Support is included, and 15Five says so in writing

The FAQ states that every 15Five customer receives dedicated human support through its Right Expert Right Time model, with office hours, training resources and an account manager aligned to the plan level. There is no support tier to buy and no spend threshold to cross, which is not true of every vendor in this market.

What 15Five does not measure

15Five manages and develops individuals: reviews, goals, check-ins, 360s and engagement surveys. It does not score process maturity, digital capability, skills gaps or compliance readiness, so it will not tell a leadership team whether people are the constraint at all. Assessmentcloud scores all five dimensions against an industry median for a flat monthly price, which is a different purchase and often the one to make first.

Live coaching is sold by the credit, and a group session costs five

Coaching is the one add-on that is not metered on headcount. It costs $399 per credit, a one-to-one session uses one credit, and a group session for up to ten people uses five, so a group session is $1,995. Ten managers each getting four one-to-one sessions a year is 40 credits, or $15,960 by our arithmetic. Budget it as a program with a fixed number of credits, not an open line on the order form.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Pick the plan by the job, not by the badge

Engage is surveys, action planning, heat maps and benchmarking. Perform is reviews, OKRs, 360 feedback, the talent matrix, career paths, the Insights Dashboard and AMAYA. Total Platform is both, plus the HR dashboard and manager training microlearnings. If you only need to hear from employees, Engage at $4 is the plan. If reviews are the job, Perform. Total Platform is marked most popular, which is not the same as right for you.

02

Count four numbers, not one

Write down total users, total employees, total managers and the number of coaching sessions you expect. Plans and Compensation meter per user, Kona Meeting Assistant per employee, Kona Coach and Content per manager, and Coaching per credit, where a 1:1 session is one credit and a group session is five. Getting the manager count right matters: at $19 a month, Kona Coach for 20 managers is $4,560 a year.

03

Ask which add-ons carry a minimum

The FAQ says some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements and does not say which. Ask in writing, per add-on, before you sign. Also ask whether Kona is available on your plan: 15Five's help center says availability conditions apply to both Kona products, and that Meeting Assistant and Coach are separate purchases, so buying one does not include the other.

04

Get the renewal terms next to the price

The pricing page says it was updated February 2026 and that pricing is subject to change. Ask what your renewal rate will be, whether the per-user price is locked for the term, and how seats are trued up when you hire mid-year, since the FAQ says you can add seats and modules as you grow. A clean first-year price means less if year two is open.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

Assessmentcloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about 15five pricing

15Five costs $4 per user per month for Engage, $11 for Perform and $16 for Total Platform, billed annually, according to its own pricing page. Add-ons are extra, from $2 per employee a month for Kona Meeting Assistant to $49 per manager a month for Content and $399 per live coaching credit. A 100-person company on Perform pays $13,200 a year before add-ons, by our arithmetic.

Annually. 15Five's pricing FAQ states that the contract is billed annually, and every price on the page is shown per month but billed annually. There is no monthly billing option described. Plan your budget as one upfront annual payment, and ask how mid-year hires are billed, since the FAQ says you can add seats and modules as the organization grows.

Not on its standard packages. The pricing FAQ says the standard packages are designed to be flexible for organizations of all sizes, but that some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements, which your account executive explains. Ask for each add-on's minimum in writing. For comparison, Lattice states a $4,000 minimum annual agreement on its pricing page.

Total Platform at $16 per user a month includes everything in Engage and everything in Perform, plus the HR dashboard, manager training microlearnings and select other items, per 15Five's pricing page. That covers engagement surveys, action planning, heat maps and benchmarking, plus AI-assisted reviews, OKRs, 360 feedback, the talent matrix and career paths. Kona, Coaching, Content and Compensation are still add-ons.

Kona is two separate add-ons. Kona Meeting Assistant costs $2 per employee per month and Kona Coach costs $19 per manager per month, both billed annually. 15Five's help center notes that buying one does not include the other and that availability conditions apply, so confirm with your account manager that Kona can be added to the plan you are buying.

The Compensation Base Package is $9 per user per month and Compensation plus Salary Benchmarking, which adds Mercer real-time benchmarking, is $11 per user per month, billed annually. That is as much as the entire Perform plan. For a 200-person company, benchmarked compensation alone is $26,400 a year by our arithmetic, so check what your HRIS already covers first.

It depends on headcount and modules. For engagement surveys only, both list $4 a seat a month, but Lattice has a $4,000 annual minimum, so 15Five is cheaper below 84 employees. For reviews plus goals, 15Five Perform at $11 is below Lattice's Foundations package at $13. Lattice's standalone Performance product at $10 is below Perform, but excludes goals.

Yes. 15Five's pricing FAQ states that every customer receives dedicated human support through its Right Expert Right Time model, plus office hours, training resources and an account manager aligned to the plan level. No support tier or spend threshold is listed. Live coaching for managers is different: that is the Coaching add-on at $399 per credit.

For a team that wants continuous check-ins and reviews, often yes, because there is no stated minimum and Engage starts at $4 a user. Where it fits less well is the question before the purchase: 15Five manages people, but it will not tell you whether people are your constraint. Score the whole company first if you are not sure that is where the problem is.
