Emplify no longer has a price of its own. 15Five bought Emplify in April 2021, and today both emplify.com and emplify.com/pricing redirect to 15Five's pricing page. The engagement product sold there is 15Five Engage at $4 per user per month, billed annually, and that is the number to budget against if Emplify is on your list. The Emplify plan tiers you will still find on software directories describe a product you can no longer buy on its own.
We checked the redirects and read 15five.com/pricing, including its pricing FAQ, on 30 September 2026. The acquisition date and price come from 15Five's own announcement of 27 April 2021. Yearly totals below are our arithmetic from 15Five's published per-user rates, and each table says so. We are not affiliated with 15Five and we do not resell it.
How much does Emplify cost?
There is no current Emplify price to quote. When you request emplify.com/pricing, the server sends you to 15five.com/pricing with a permanent redirect, and the homepage does the same. On that page, engagement measurement is sold as Engage at $4 per user per month billed annually. It includes employee engagement surveys, targeted assessments, action planning, heat maps and data breakdowns, and benchmarking. If you want engagement plus performance reviews, Total Platform is $16 per user per month, also billed annually.
So a buyer who searched for Emplify pricing is, in practice, pricing 15Five. That is useful, because 15Five is one of the few vendors in this category that prints its card. The full breakdown, with every add-on, is on our 15Five pricing page.
Why review sites still list Emplify plans
Several software directories still carry an Emplify pricing page with named tiers and per-user figures. None of those figures appear on any page Emplify or 15Five runs today, and a directory listing is not a vendor quote. Do not put them in a budget request. If a finance partner has already seen one, the cleanest correction is the redirect itself: open emplify.com/pricing in a browser and watch it land on 15Five.
The same caution applies to anything labeled "Emplify vs" on comparison sites. The comparison you actually have to make is 15Five against whoever else is on your shortlist, on 15Five's current card.
What 15Five Engage costs at your headcount
Because 15Five publishes per-user rates, the year-one number is simple multiplication. The table runs the three core plans at three company sizes. This is our arithmetic from the rates on 15five.com/pricing, not a 15Five quote, and it assumes you license every employee.

Two things move the real number. First, add-ons: the pricing page lists Compensation from $9 per user per month, Kona Meeting Assistant at $2 per employee, Kona Coach at $19 per manager and Content at $49 per manager, all billed annually, plus live coaching at $399 per credit. Second, minimums. 15Five's FAQ says its standard packages are designed for organizations of all sizes, that some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements, and that your account executive will walk you through what applies. In other words, Engage on its own carries no published floor, but ask in writing before you add anything.
If you are an Emplify customer coming up for renewal
If you still hold a contract that began as an Emplify purchase, treat the renewal as a new purchase rather than a rollover. Ask for the renewal quote on 15Five's current plan names, so you can hold it against the published card above. Ask whether your historical survey results and benchmarks carry over, and in what format you can export them if you decide to leave. And confirm the billing term, because 15Five's FAQ states that its contract is billed annually.
If your company runs software renewals through procurement software, log the notice date as soon as the quote arrives. Annual HR contracts are easy to auto-renew by accident, and the notice window usually closes weeks before the renewal date itself.
Is 15Five Engage the right replacement for what Emplify did?
Emplify was bought for engagement measurement, and Engage is the 15Five product built for that job, so for most former Emplify buyers it is the like-for-like option. It is also priced at the low end of the published market. The alternatives worth pricing next to it:

Is Emplify part of 15Five?
Yes. 15Five acquired Emplify in April 2021, and Emplify's web addresses, including its pricing page, now forward to 15Five. If you are comparing vendors, compare 15Five's current plans. The engagement plan is Engage, and the plan that adds performance management is Total Platform at $16 per user per month.
Does 15Five have a minimum spend?
Not on its standard packages, according to its pricing FAQ, which says they are designed for organizations of all sizes. The same answer notes that some optional add-ons may include minimum requirements, and that your account executive will explain what applies. Get any minimum in writing before signing.
Can you pay for 15Five monthly?
No. 15Five's pricing FAQ states that its contract is billed annually, and every per-user rate on the pricing page is labeled billed annually. Budget the full year up front, and multiply the monthly rate by twelve and by your headcount to get the invoice.
