Peakon competitors and what six rival vendors charge a 600-person company

Peakon is sold by Workday through a sales conversation, with a 3-year term and your whole headcount committed, so the useful comparison is what the rivals put in writing. Six are priced below at 600 employees, the smallest band in Workday's own Peakon filing. The last column is our multiplication of each published rate for one year. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the table says so instead of repeating a review-site estimate.

DIRECT ANSWER

Peakon's main competitors are Culture Amp, Viva Glint, Perceptyx, Qualtrics EmployeeXM and Quantum Workplace for enterprise engagement surveys, plus Lattice Engagement and 15Five Engage for mid-market teams that want surveys inside a performance suite. Workday publishes no US price for Peakon, and its UK G-Cloud 14 filing, which we do not convert to dollars, starts its per-employee scale at the 600 to 1,000 employee band on a 3-year term. So this page prices a 600-person company. By our arithmetic on each vendor's published rate, one year of engagement surveys costs $14,400 on Viva Glint, $28,800 on Lattice Engagement, $28,800 on 15Five Engage and $15,000 at the Quantum Workplace floor. Culture Amp, Perceptyx, Qualtrics and CultureMonkey quote on request, so no honest number exists for them until you ask.

Go deeper: this dimension works alongside Workday Peakon pricing and the terms it publishes and Glint competitors and what each costs, and the guides on peakon vs culture amp and glint vs peakon show the frameworks behind the scoring.

What each Peakon competitor publishes on price, read at source

The Peakon cells come from Workday's own Peakon pages and its UK G-Cloud 14 filing, read 10 September 2026. Lattice, 15Five and Quantum Workplace were read off each vendor's own pricing page on 13 October 2026, and Viva Glint, Culture Amp and Perceptyx on 12 October and 2 October. The last column is our arithmetic for a 600-person company buying engagement surveys at list price for one year. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the table says so.

Vendor Published price Minimum or term Year one at 600 employees (our arithmetic)
Workday Peakon None published for US buyers. Workday's UK G-Cloud 14 filing prices it per employee per year, starting its scale at the 600 to 1,000 band (not converted here) 3-year term, whole headcount committed, deployment and training ordered separately Not published
Viva Glint $2.00 per user a month Paid yearly, 50-seat minimum, Microsoft 365 enterprise plan required $14,400 for engagement alone
Lattice Engagement $4 a seat a month $4,000 minimum annual agreement, billed annually, USD only $28,800 on Engagement alone
15Five Engage $4 per user a month Billed annually; no minimum spend on standard packages $28,800 on Engage alone
Quantum Workplace None per employee. Packages start at $15,000 $15,000 minimum annual contract $15,000 at the floor, engagement focus
Culture Amp None. Depends on headcount, product and service tier Billed annually, quote only Not published
Perceptyx None. No pricing page, /pricing returns a 404 Quote only Not published
Qualtrics Employee Experience Priced on employee count, no figure published Quote only Not published
AssessmentCloud Flat $49, $119 or $279 a month, or $24, $59 or $139 a month billed yearly No per-employee meter, no annual minimum $708 billed yearly on Business. Not a Peakon replacement: it scores the company once, it does not run continuous listening

For everything Workday has put in writing about Peakon, including the filing terms, see Workday Peakon pricing. The two most common head-to-heads have their own pages: Peakon vs Culture Amp and Glint vs Peakon pricing. The same exercise for other vendors lives on Glint competitors, Culture Amp competitors and Perceptyx competitors.

What you get

Glint is the lowest published engagement rate in this group

Viva Glint lists $2.00 per user a month, paid yearly, with a 50-seat minimum and a Microsoft 365 enterprise plan required. At 600 employees that is $14,400 a year by our arithmetic. The catch is the prerequisite: if you are not already on a qualifying Microsoft 365 plan, the real cost is a different calculation.

Lattice and 15Five price surveys as a seat line

Lattice Engagement and 15Five Engage are both $4 per user a month, which is $28,800 a year at 600 employees. Both sell performance and goals on the same platform, so they fit a buyer who wants surveys and reviews in one tool rather than a dedicated listening product with Peakon-style analytics.

Quantum Workplace is the floor, not the rate

Quantum Workplace publishes no per-employee price. Packages start at a $15,000 annual contract, so $15,000 is where a quote begins, not what 600 people will cost. It is the closest match here to a survey-first vendor with managed support.

The enterprise names all want a call first

Culture Amp bills annually on a quote, Perceptyx has no pricing page (its /pricing URL returns a 404), Qualtrics prices Employee Experience on employee count with no figure, and CultureMonkey quotes by survey size and support tier. For those four, compare the contract terms you can get in writing rather than a list rate.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Count the headcount you would commit

Workday says the Peakon multi-year commitment covers your entire current employee population for the whole term. Rivals that meter per seat per month let you true up or down at renewal. Write your headcount and your layoff or growth risk next to every quote.

02

Price each rival at your own number

Multiply each published per-user rate by your employee count and twelve, then check the vendor floor: 50 seats on Viva Glint, a $15,000 contract on Quantum Workplace, a $4,000 minimum annual agreement on Lattice. Ask whether any promotional waiver ends after year one.

03

Ask for deployment as its own line

Workday states Peakon deployment, training and education are ordered separately from the subscription. Ask each rival whether setup, HRIS sync and manager training are included, optional or billed, and get that figure in writing beside the seat rate.

04

Measure the whole company before you pick a survey tool

Run one diagnostic first. If culture and engagement scores lowest, buy the listening platform with confidence. If process or digital maturity scores lower, another survey will measure the symptom rather than the cause.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

AssessmentCloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about peakon competitors

Peakon's main competitors are Culture Amp, Viva Glint, Perceptyx, Qualtrics EmployeeXM and Quantum Workplace for enterprise engagement surveys, with Lattice Engagement and 15Five Engage as the mid-market option. Culture Amp and Glint are the two most often shortlisted beside Peakon.

Culture Amp and Microsoft Viva Glint are the two rivals most often compared with Peakon. Glint publishes $2.00 per user a month and needs a Microsoft 365 enterprise plan, while Culture Amp and Peakon both quote on request. Workday owns Peakon, so it is most natural beside Workday HCM.

On published rates, Viva Glint is cheapest at $2.00 per user a month, which is $14,400 a year at 600 employees by our arithmetic. Workday publishes no Peakon price for US buyers, so a true comparison needs your quote. Lattice and 15Five are $4 per user a month, or $28,800 at 600.

Not for US buyers. Peakon is sold through Workday sales. The only Workday price document we found is its UK G-Cloud 14 filing, in pounds, for public sector buyers, which states a 3-year term and a commitment on your full headcount. We do not convert it into a US list price.

Peakon's own filing starts its scale at 600 employees, so a company under 200 should look at Lattice or 15Five at $4 per user a month, or Viva Glint at $2.00 with a 50-seat minimum. Quantum Workplace starts at a $15,000 annual contract, which may be too high at that size.

Ask for the year-one total at your exact headcount, the minimum annual spend, the contract term, what the price does at renewal, whether deployment is included, and whether any promotional waiver ends after year one. Workday's 3-year term and separate deployment charge are the two terms most likely to move the real cost of Peakon.
