Perceptyx competitors and what ten rival vendors publish on price

Perceptyx has no pricing page, so the only way to tell whether a rival is cheaper is to read what each rival puts in writing. This page does that for the ten vendors that show up on Perceptyx shortlists.

DIRECT ANSWER

Perceptyx's main competitors are Qualtrics, Microsoft Viva Glint, Workday Peakon, Culture Amp, Quantum Workplace, WorkTango, Lattice, 15Five, Leapsome and Gallup. Perceptyx itself publishes no price: perceptyx.com/pricing returned a 404 on 2 October 2026 and every commercial route on the site is Talk to an Expert. Of the ten rivals, five publish a real per-employee or per-participant rate (Viva Glint $2.00 a user a month, Lattice $4 to $13 a seat, 15Five $4 to $16, Leapsome $3 to $7 per module plus a platform fee, Gallup $20.00 per participant), three publish only a floor or a term (Quantum Workplace a $15,000 minimum, WorkTango a 12-month minimum, Workday Peakon a three-year term in its UK public filing), and two publish nothing, Qualtrics and Culture Amp. The enterprise listening rivals, Qualtrics, Glint and Peakon, are the like-for-like swaps. The performance suites are cheaper but answer a different question.

Go deeper: this dimension works alongside what Perceptyx publishes on price and Qualtrics vs Perceptyx, and the guides on perceptyx vs culture amp and best employee listening platforms show the frameworks behind the scoring.

What each Perceptyx competitor publishes on price, read at source

Every cell below was read off the vendor's own pricing page, store listing or public filing on 1 or 2 October 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the table says so rather than repeating a per-employee estimate from a review site, because those estimates disagree with each other and none of them appear on the vendors' own sites. The third column is the one that removes vendors from a shortlist fastest.

Each vendor has its own deeper page. Perceptyx pricing covers how a Perceptyx quote is assembled when there is no rate card, Qualtrics vs Perceptyx compares the two closest enterprise rivals head to head, Viva Glint pricing sets out the Microsoft terms, Workday Peakon pricing reads the public filing, and Perceptyx vs Culture Amp covers the most common mid-market pairing. For the Culture Amp side of the same field, see Culture Amp competitors.

CU-01

What you get

Only three of the ten are like-for-like swaps

Perceptyx sells enterprise listening with people science and manager activation on top, and it says on its own homepage that it is built for the Fortune 1000. The rivals that sell the same thing at the same scale are Qualtrics, Viva Glint and Workday Peakon. Culture Amp is close. Lattice, 15Five and Leapsome sell performance management with engagement attached, so a cheaper quote from them is often a cheaper quote for a different product.

Five rivals publish a number you can budget today

Viva Glint, Lattice, 15Five, Leapsome and Gallup all print a rate on their own sites. That matters on a Perceptyx shortlist because Perceptyx will not give you a figure until a call, and the published rates are the only external anchor you have when the quote arrives. Use them to sanity-check the per-employee figure your Perceptyx rep quotes, not to replace it.

The floor removes more vendors than the rate

A low seat rate means little if a minimum sits underneath it. Lattice states a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Quantum Workplace states a $15,000 minimum annual contract. WorkTango states a 12-month minimum contract length. Viva Glint requires a 50-seat license minimum on top of a Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription. Ask every vendor for the floor and the term before you ask for the rate.

Where Perceptyx genuinely beats this field

Perceptyx is stronger than most of its rivals on deskless and frontline reach, it markets mobile tools for employees who never sit at a desk, and on direct access to its own industrial and organizational psychologists. It also packages named industry solutions for healthcare, manufacturing and retail. If you run a 20,000-person hospital system, those are real reasons to stay, and no performance suite on this page replaces them.

What none of the ten measure

Every vendor here measures how employees feel. None of them scores whether the company's processes, digital tools, skills coverage or compliance posture are what is actually holding performance back. AssessmentCloud scores all five dimensions, culture and engagement, process maturity, digital maturity, skills gaps and compliance readiness, into one 0 to 100 report against an industry median, at a flat published price with no per-employee meter.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to scored report

01

Decide whether you are replacing listening or adding a suite

If the Perceptyx contract is up and you need continuous listening at enterprise scale, your real shortlist is Qualtrics, Viva Glint, Workday Peakon and Culture Amp. If what you actually need is reviews, goals and one engagement survey a year, Lattice, 15Five or Leapsome will cost less and do more of that job. Write down which problem you are buying for before the first demo.

02

Ask for the year-one total at your exact headcount

Not a starting-from figure. Ask Perceptyx and every quote-only rival for the all-in annual cost at your real employee count, with platform, people science, consulting and implementation as separate lines, and ask which lines are optional. That is the only way to put a quote-only vendor next to one that publishes.

03

Get the term and the floor in writing

Ask each vendor for the minimum annual spend, the contract length, what happens to the price if headcount falls, and what happens to your data if you leave. Viva Glint states that when a subscription is canceled, all associated data is deleted, which is the sort of term to know before you move years of trend data onto it.

04

Score the company before you sign another listening contract

Run one whole-company diagnostic first. If culture is the weakest of your five dimensions, renew or switch listening vendors with confidence. If process or digital maturity scores lower, another year of engagement surveys will measure a symptom of that gap rather than the gap itself.

DIAGNOSTIC INPUT, NOT A CERTIFIED AUDIT.

AssessmentCloud scores tell you how ready you are and what to fix. They do not certify you against SOC 2, ISO 27001, or any legal framework, and we never claim they do. Only an accredited auditor can certify you. Run the diagnostic first, walk into the audit without surprises, and spend auditor hours on certification instead of discovery.

FAQ

Questions about perceptyx competitors

Perceptyx's main competitors are Qualtrics, Microsoft Viva Glint, Workday Peakon and Culture Amp at enterprise scale, followed by Quantum Workplace and WorkTango in the mid-market, and Lattice, 15Five and Leapsome where engagement is bought as part of a performance suite. Gallup competes on a single instrument, the Q12, rather than a platform.

Qualtrics is the closest competitor at enterprise scale, because both sell employee listening to very large employers through a sales-led process and neither publishes a price. Viva Glint is the most common rival on price inside Microsoft 365 shops, where it costs $2.00 a user a month on top of an existing license. Workday Peakon is the default rival for Workday HCM customers.

Perceptyx does not publish a price. There is no pricing page on its site, the /pricing URL returned a 404 on 2 October 2026, and every route is Talk to an Expert. The quote depends mainly on headcount, which modules you take, and how much people science and consulting is attached. Per-employee figures on review sites are estimates, not Perceptyx rates.

Viva Glint is the cheapest published enterprise listening option at $2.00 a user a month, but it needs a Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription and a 50-seat minimum. 15Five Engage and Lattice Engagement both list at $4 a user a month, though Lattice adds a $4,000 annual minimum. None of them include Perceptyx's people science team, so cheaper here also means less support.

Neither is better in general. Perceptyx is an employee experience specialist with manager activation, coaching and its own I/O psychologists. Qualtrics is a broad experience platform covering customer, market and employee research, priced on employee count for its employee products. Pick Perceptyx if employee experience is the whole job and Qualtrics if you want one vendor across research types.

Perceptyx is built for very large employers and frontline workforces, with consulting attached, while Culture Amp is built for mid-market and growth companies that run their own surveys with self-serve survey science and benchmarks. Neither publishes a price. Culture Amp sets its service level by headcount band; Perceptyx assembles each quote per customer.

Ask for the year-one total at your exact headcount, the minimum annual spend, the contract length, whether the price falls if headcount falls, and what happens to your historical survey data if you leave. Those five answers decide more than any feature grid, and most of these vendors only give them in writing if you ask.
