Viva Glint costs $2.00 per user per month, paid yearly, bought as a standalone add-on. It also appears inside two bundles on the same Microsoft rate card: Microsoft Viva Workplace Analytics and Employee Feedback at $6.00 per user per month, which adds Viva Insights and Viva Pulse, and the full Microsoft Viva Suite at $12.00 per user per month, which adds Viva Learning and the communications apps on top. All three require an annual commitment and are billed yearly. Those figures were read off microsoft.com in August 2026, not reconstructed from a review site. The detail that catches buyers out is that Viva Glint is not bundled into any Microsoft 365 or Office 365 plan, including E5. Microsoft own service description marks every Viva Glint feature as available only as a standalone SKU or as part of the Viva Suite, so an organization already paying for Microsoft 365 E5 still pays the Glint line on top. What you get for it, per Microsoft own documentation, is employee surveys on web and mobile, engagement survey templates and action plans across the employee lifecycle, interactive dashboards, comment analytics using AI and natural language processing, internal and external benchmarks, and predictive analytics intended to surface business risk. Copilot in Viva Glint is on by default for all customers from March 2026. Assessmentcloud is not a Viva Glint replacement and does not claim to be one. Viva Glint is a continuous employee listening program that lives inside a Microsoft estate, and for a Microsoft-committed enterprise it is the cheapest published route into that category. This platform answers a different question: it scores five organizational dimensions, culture and engagement (CU-01), process maturity (PR-02), digital maturity (DM-03), skills gaps (SG-04) and compliance readiness (CR-05), into one 0 to 100 report against an industry median, priced flat for the whole company rather than per user. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or reselling Microsoft.
