Officevibe vs Culture Amp pricing is a printed starting price against no price at all. Officevibe is now sold as Workleap, which lists Standard from $4,999 a year and Pro from $11,999 a year, each plus $32 per manager a month, billed annually, with custom Enterprise pricing above 250 employees. Culture Amp publishes no figure: its pricing depends on employee count, product and service tier, and every product is billed annually. At 100 employees, Workleap Standard comes to about $9,991 in year one by our arithmetic, roughly $8.33 per employee a month, and that is the line a Culture Amp quote has to beat.
Both pricing pages were read on 15 October 2026, workleap.com/pricing and cultureamp.com/pricing, and the Workleap plan cards were checked by screenshot. Every total below is our arithmetic from Workleap's published figures. Culture Amp gave us no quote, neither vendor is affiliated with us, and we do not reprint third-party estimates of Culture Amp's price, because the review sites disagree with each other and none of them is the vendor.

How much does Officevibe cost?
Officevibe costs $4,999 a year for Workleap Standard and $11,999 a year for Workleap Pro, each with an extra $32 per manager per month, billed annually. Both are labeled as starting prices for new customers. Organizations above 250 employees are moved to Enterprise, which is custom priced. The old Officevibe card of a few dollars per user a month is retired.
That last point matters more than it should. TrustRadius and several comparison sites still quote Officevibe at $3.50 or $5 per user a month. If your budget was built from one of those pages, it is out by a wide margin at small headcounts. Ten people at $5 a month is $600 a year. Ten people on Workleap Standard is $4,999 plus at least one manager at $384 a year, so about $5,383 by our arithmetic. Our Workleap and Officevibe pricing breakdown walks through what each tier includes.
How much does Culture Amp cost?
Culture Amp does not publish a price. Its pricing FAQ says the cost depends on the number of employees, the product chosen and the service tier, and that all Culture Amp products are billed annually. You get a number only by requesting a quote. What the page does publish is the service you get at each size, and that is worth reading before the sales call.
Companies under 200 employees get group customer success support, on-demand training resources and 24/5 chat and email support. From 200 to 999 employees you also get a one-on-one customer success partnership and expert project management for implementation. From 1,000 employees, Enterprise adds manager and executive training, a results call with a People Scientist, one-on-one and group coaching and a pre-launch review. Every plan includes the AI Coach, a multilingual platform, SSO, HRIS integrations, Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations, 1-on-1 templates and Shoutouts. People Science Consulting is sold as an add-on to Engage and Perform. For how the quote is built, see our Culture Amp pricing page.
Officevibe vs Culture Amp year-one cost by headcount
Workleap adds $32 per manager per month, which is $384 per manager per year. Workleap does not publish a manager ratio or say whether any managers are included in the base price, so the table assumes one manager for every eight employees, rounded up. That assumption is ours. Change it to your real org chart and the totals move by $384 per manager.
| Employees | Managers (our assumption) | Workleap Standard, year one | Per employee a month | Workleap Pro, year one | Culture Amp |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 50 | 7 | $7,687 | $12.81 | $14,687 | Quote only |
| 100 | 13 | $9,991 | $8.33 | $16,991 | Quote only |
| 200 | 25 | $14,599 | $6.08 | $21,599 | Quote only |
| 250 | 32 | $17,287 | $5.76 | $24,287 | Quote only |
The per-employee column is the useful one. When the Culture Amp quote arrives, divide the annual figure by your headcount and by twelve. If the result is under the Workleap Standard number at your size, Culture Amp is the cheaper option on price alone. If it is over, you are paying for something specific, and you should be able to name it: the benchmark data, the People Science service, the implementation project manager that starts at 200 employees, or the performance product.
Is Officevibe cheaper than Culture Amp?
For most companies under 250 employees, probably yes, but nobody can prove it from public information because Culture Amp prints no price. What you can say is that Workleap Standard gives you a fixed, budgetable number today, and that the base of $4,999 is spread over more people as you grow. At 250 employees it falls to about $5.76 per employee a month by our arithmetic, before Workleap moves you to custom Enterprise pricing.
The flip side is that Workleap's base is a real floor for very small teams. A 25-person company with four managers pays $6,535 a year on Standard, about $21.78 per employee a month by our arithmetic. Several per-seat vendors come in under that at 25 people, which is why our Officevibe alternatives comparison prices a 40-person team across the field.
What is the difference between Officevibe and Culture Amp?
Officevibe started as a pulse and team-health survey tool for managers. As Workleap, Standard now bundles end-to-end performance management, team health and engagement reports, AI analyses, an org chart, goals, recognition through Good Vibes, an integrations catalog and SSO. Pro adds advanced intelligence, MCP access, SAML SSO, advanced security, API access, custom properties and segments, and personalized onboarding.
Culture Amp is split into two main products, Engage for engagement surveys and Perform for reviews, feedback, goals and development, plus the People Science consulting add-on. Engage lists the Performance Culture Quadrant diagnostic, retention insights, a DEI survey, pulse and lifecycle surveys, AI comment summaries and benchmarking. That benchmark library is the thing Culture Amp sells hardest, and it is the thing to ask about when you compare the two quotes.

Which one should a US company buy this quarter?
Under 100 employees and you need a number for finance this week. Workleap Standard is the only one of the two you can budget without a sales cycle. Price your manager count honestly, because at 100 people the manager charge is close to half the bill.
Between 100 and 250 employees and benchmarks matter to the board. Get the Culture Amp quote and divide it by headcount. Culture Amp's benchmark library and People Science service are its case. If the per-employee figure lands within a dollar or two of Workleap Standard, the benchmark data is cheap. If it lands at double, ask for Engage on its own.
Above 250 employees. Both vendors are now quote only for you, since Workleap moves you to Enterprise. Run them side by side with the rest of the field on our Culture Amp competitors page, which lists what every rival actually publishes.
One cost neither card shows is getting the employee file into the tool. Both vendors integrate with the major HRIS platforms, but if yours is a niche payroll system or a homegrown database, budget for a data integration platform to keep names, managers and departments in sync, because survey results sliced by the wrong manager are worse than no results at all.
Is Officevibe still available?
Yes, but not under that name or price. Officevibe is now part of Workleap, and its survey and team-health features sit inside Workleap Standard and Pro. Existing Officevibe customers may be on legacy terms, but the footnote on Workleap's pricing page says the published prices apply to new customers. Anyone buying today buys Workleap.
Before you buy either, check what you are trying to fix
Both tools measure how people feel about their manager, their team and the company. Neither tells you whether low engagement is a people problem at all, or the result of slow approval chains, outdated systems, unclear roles or skills the team does not have. If you do not know which, a survey tool will tell you morale is low and stop there.
AssessmentCloud scores culture, process, digital maturity, skills and compliance readiness against an industry median, so you can see which of those is actually the constraint before you sign a year of engagement software. It costs a flat $49 a month for the Team plan with no per-employee or per-manager fee, and you can see the plans and start a workspace today. Run it first and you will know whether Officevibe, Culture Amp or neither is the right next purchase.
