The Officevibe alternatives worth pricing are 15Five, Lattice, Leapsome, Small Improvements, Viva Glint, Culture Amp, CultureMonkey, WorkTango and SurveyMonkey. At 40 employees running engagement surveys, Workleap, which now sells Officevibe, comes to about $6,919 a year on Standard, its $4,999 base plus $32 per manager a month for five managers, our assumption of one manager per eight employees. By our arithmetic on published rates, 15Five Engage is $1,920, Lattice is $4,000 because of its minimum, and Leapsome is $1,920 while its platform fee is waived. The cheapest swap depends on whether you only want pulse surveys or the whole manager toolkit Officevibe used to bundle.
Most people looking for an Officevibe alternative are holding a renewal. The old standalone card, widely reported at $5 per user a month, is gone: officevibe.com/pricing now redirects to workleap.com/pricing, where Workleap publishes two annual plans, Standard at $4,999 a year plus $32 per manager a month and Pro at $11,999 a year plus $32 per manager a month (read 15 October 2026). For a 40-person team that once paid around $2,400 a year, Standard comes to about $6,919 by our arithmetic, nearly three times the old bill. Workleap does not say whether the base includes any managers or how it counts them, so we assume one manager for every eight employees, rounded up, with none included; the quote is the place to confirm it. Every other figure below was read off each vendor's own pricing page between 2 and 7 October 2026. The yearly totals are our multiplication, and the table says so.
What are the best Officevibe alternatives?
The best Officevibe alternative for a small team that only wants pulse surveys is 15Five Engage, at $4 per user a month with no published minimum. Teams that also want reviews should price Small Improvements or Lattice. Microsoft 365 shops should price Viva Glint at $2.00 a user, and teams that want survey science and benchmarks should get a Culture Amp quote.
That answer changes with headcount, because three of these vendors have floors that matter more than their rates at 40 people. Lattice states a $4,000 minimum annual agreement. Viva Glint sells a 50-seat minimum license. Small Improvements requires 30 users on its Elevate plan. Workleap does not call its base price a minimum, but every plan is billed annually from $4,999 before the $32 per manager monthly charge, so for a new customer it behaves as one.
Officevibe alternatives and what each costs at 40 employees
The last column is our arithmetic: the published rate, times 40 employees, times 12 months, with each vendor's stated minimum applied. For Workleap it is the base price plus $384 a year for each of five managers, our assumption of one manager per eight employees, rounded up. It covers engagement surveys only, which is the job Officevibe was bought for. Where a vendor publishes nothing, the row says so.
| Vendor | Published rate | Minimum or term | Year one at 40 employees, surveys only (our arithmetic) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workleap (Officevibe today) | Standard $4,999 a year plus $32 per manager a month, Pro $11,999 a year plus $32 per manager a month | Billed annually; Enterprise quoted above 250 employees | About $6,919 on Standard with five managers, about $14.41 per employee a month |
| 15Five | Engage $4 per user a month | Billed annually, no published minimum on standard packages | $1,920 |
| Lattice | Engagement $4 a seat a month | $4,000 minimum annual agreement, billed annually in US dollars | $4,000, the floor, since the card works out to $1,920 |
| Leapsome | Engagement Surveys $4 per employee a month, plus the required platform at $7 list | Platform free only on purchases made by 31 December; no minimum term stated | $1,920 with the platform waived, $5,280 at full list |
| Small Improvements | Launch $3, Grow $6, Elevate $9 per user a month | Billed annually; 30-user minimum on Elevate | $4,320 on Elevate, which adds performance reviews |
| Viva Glint | $2.00 per user a month standalone | Paid yearly, 50-seat minimum, Microsoft 365 enterprise subscription required | $1,200 for 50 seats, plus the Microsoft 365 subscription |
| SurveyMonkey | Advantage Annual $39 a month for one user and 15,000 responses a year | Billed annually; team plans need three users | $468, a general survey tool rather than an engagement platform |
| CultureMonkey | No published price; quote based on employees surveyed and support level | Support tier for under 200 employees | Not published |
| WorkTango | No published price | 12-month minimum contract length | Not published |
| Culture Amp | No published price | Billed annually, quote only | Not published |
| Quantum Workplace | Packages start at $15,000 | $15,000 minimum annual contract | $15,000, which rules it out at this size |
Two cautions on that table. The products are not the same shape: Workleap's Standard plan includes performance reviews, goals, recognition and an org directory, so its price buys more than a pulse tool. And every vendor here discounts in a sales conversation, so a list total is the number to negotiate down from, not the number you will sign.
Is there a cheaper alternative to Officevibe?
Yes, for a team under about 100 people that only runs engagement surveys. At 40 employees, 15Five Engage comes to $1,920 a year and Leapsome Engagement Surveys to the same $1,920 while its platform is free, against about $6,919 on Workleap Standard by our arithmetic with five managers. Viva Glint is cheaper again at $1,200 for the 50-seat minimum, but only if you already pay for Microsoft 365 enterprise.
The waiver on Leapsome is the line to read twice. Leapsome's own FAQ says every module needs its platform, and the platform lists at $7 per employee a month once the 31 December offer is over. On our arithmetic that takes the same 40-person survey program from $1,920 to $5,280 a year, more than Lattice's $4,000 floor and within about $1,640 of Workleap Standard. Ask for the renewal price in writing before you count the saving. Our Leapsome competitors page runs the same sum at 200 employees.
Which Officevibe alternative fits which team
- You only used the weekly pulse. 15Five Engage at $4 a user with no published minimum, or Viva Glint if you are already a Microsoft 365 enterprise customer.
- You want reviews in the same tool. Small Improvements Elevate at $9 a user, or Lattice once you pass about 84 seats, where its $4,000 floor stops setting the price.
- You want an HR system as well. Leapsome, priced as modules on its platform. Budget for the year-two platform line, not the launch offer.
- You care most about survey design and benchmarks. Culture Amp or CultureMonkey, both quote only. CultureMonkey says implementation, HRIS integration and single sign-on are included at every tier.
- You liked Officevibe and the new bundle is useful to you. Stay on Workleap Standard. Above roughly 100 employees its base price plus the manager charge works out to a reasonable per-head figure, about $8.33 per employee a month at 100 by our arithmetic with 13 managers.
Is Workleap the same as Officevibe?
Yes. Officevibe was folded into Workleap and is no longer sold on its own. The pulse survey mechanics now live inside Workleap as team health and feedback, bundled into the Standard and Pro plans with their $32 per manager monthly charge, and the old Officevibe pricing URL redirects to Workleap's pricing page. Existing customers may still be on legacy terms, because Workleap's footnote says its published pricing applies to new customers.
That footnote is worth a direct question at renewal. If your current agreement still shows a per-user Officevibe rate, ask your account manager what the renewal will be packaged as and at what price, and get the answer in writing. The full breakdown of the two plans is in our Workleap and Officevibe pricing guide.
Is Officevibe better than Culture Amp?
For a small team that wants a light weekly pulse with manager prompts, Officevibe was the simpler choice, and Workleap now publishes a base price and a per manager rate where Culture Amp publishes none. For a company that wants validated survey design, driver analysis and external benchmarks, Culture Amp is the stronger product. Culture Amp quotes on headcount, product and service tier, billed annually.
The two also sit at different sizes. Workleap points organizations above 250 employees to its custom Enterprise tier, and that is roughly where Culture Amp's benchmark library starts to earn its price. Below that, the bigger question is usually whether you need a continuous survey program at all. Our list of Culture Amp competitors prices the listening-first rivals side by side.
What to do with the survey results once you switch
The part of Officevibe that teams miss most is not the survey. It is the nudge that put a follow-up in front of a manager after the results came in. Most of the cheaper alternatives above report the scores and stop there. If you move to a lighter tool, decide before launch who owns each action item that comes out of a pulse, and route it the same way you route any other piece of work, through the task assignment software your team already uses for tickets and requests. A survey nobody acts on is the most expensive kind, whatever it cost per seat.
When a pulse tool is the wrong purchase
A lot of teams buy an engagement tool because leadership feels something is stuck. A pulse can tell you how people feel this month. It cannot tell you whether the cause is culture, a broken process, missing tools, a skills gap or a compliance problem nobody has looked at. That is a different question, and it needs a different instrument.
AssessmentCloud scores five dimensions of the company, culture and engagement, process maturity, digital maturity, skills gaps and compliance readiness, into one 0 to 100 report against an industry median, with a prioritized action plan. The Team plan runs one assessment area for up to 50 respondents a month at $49 a month, or $24 a month billed yearly, which fits a 40-person team, and Business runs all four assessment areas in one report for up to 500 respondents a month at $119 a month. It is a point-in-time diagnostic, not a weekly pulse, and it does not replace a performance review tool. If the question is what to fix first, compare employee engagement survey pricing across the category, or see our plans and run the diagnostic before you sign another annual contract.
